Upholstery: vacuum periodically with a soft brush attachment; blot spills immediately, never rub; use a professional upholstery cleaner for stubborn stains. Wood: dust with a soft microfibre cloth and wipe spills immediately; avoid prolonged direct sun, excess humidity and standing water. Lift, never drag. Keep indoor humidity at 40-60% and away from heat sources and AC vents.
