Seller Support & FAQGeneral
General
Casa Mayuka is a curated online marketplace for premium furniture, home décor and related lifestyle products, operated by CASAMAYUKA PRIVATE LIMITED. We connect independent designers and workshops with buyers looking for pieces they won't find in every showroom. We act as the marketplace intermediary: you remain the seller of record for everything you list.
Send us a vendor enquiry through the vendor contact form. We review every applicant, and if it’s a fit we’ll send you the Vendor Agreement to accept electronically. Once you’re verified and onboarded you get access to the Vendor Portal, where you manage listings, orders and settlements.
Seller Setup
A valid email, your business details including GSTIN and PAN, bank account details for settlements, and your product information. Once your identity is verified and you've accepted the Vendor Agreement, you configure the rest in the Vendor Portal.
There is no onboarding or listing fee. Casa Mayuka charges a marketplace commission on order value, set out in the Commission & Fee Matrix issued with your Vendor Agreement, and payment processing charges are passed through and deducted at settlement. Statutory deductions such as TCS under Section 52 of the CGST Act apply. Your exact rates and every deduction are visible in the Vendor Portal.
Product Listings
Log in to the Vendor Portal, go to the products section, and add your items with high-quality images, accurate descriptions, dimensions, materials and pricing. You also elect the return option for each product at the time of listing (either a standard return window or no change-of-mind returns), and that choice is displayed to customers on the product page.
Products must meet Casa Mayuka's quality and curation standards, and listings are reviewed for accuracy and legal compliance before going live. We may decline or de-list anything that is inaccurate, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, or in breach of applicable law. For non-urgent de-listings you get at least seven days' notice and a right of appeal to the Vendor Grievance Officer.
Orders & Fulfillment
Orders appear in the Vendor Portal. You'll be notified to fulfil them, update order status, and upload a valid tracking number or proof of dispatch within 24 hours of handing the piece to the courier. Settlements run on a two-week cycle, paid out within seven business days after the 15-day customer dispute period on an order has closed.
Logistics are vendor-managed by default: you choose the courier, package the piece, carry transit risk and coordinate delivery, unless we have agreed in writing to handle logistics for you. Packaging must protect against transit damage, wrap fragile items appropriately, and be clearly labelled with the delivery address, return address and order reference. Transit insurance is your responsibility, and repeated failure to dispatch within your committed timelines can trigger escalation.
