Studio pieces, on project terms

  1. Trade pricing

    On eligible pieces, agreed with each studio for your project. We don't publish a flat discount, because every studio sets its own terms.

  2. Project quotes

    Send one list across studios and we coordinate a single quote, with each piece's lead time stated before you commit.

  3. Custom sizes & finishes

    Rugs to your dimensions, upholstery in your fabric, art sized to the wall, wherever the studio makes to order.

  4. Samples & swatches

    Rug swatches and finish samples, so your client can see and touch the real thing. Any sample charge is confirmed before anything is sent.

  5. A single point of contact

    We handle the back-and-forth with every studio (specifications, quotes and timelines), so you have one thread, not four.

  6. GST invoices from each studio

    Every piece is supplied and invoiced by the studio that made it, with GST shown separately. Prices on the site exclude GST.

Invoicing to your company's GSTIN, for input tax credit, isn't available yet. Add your GSTIN to your enquiry and we'll keep it on file.

Trade, answered

Interior designers, architects, hospitality and workplace buyers, developers and retailers buying for a project or in volume. Tell us a little about your practice (a portfolio or website helps) and we'll take it from there.
No, it's optional. If you add one we check its format and keep it on file with your enquiry. Today each studio's invoice is issued without a recipient GSTIN, so it can't yet be used to claim input tax credit. We'll tell you when that changes.
Yes, for most rugs and textiles, and finish samples where a studio offers them. Any sample charge, and whether it's credited against your order, is confirmed with you before anything is dispatched.
Yes. Tell us about the site in your message (floor, lift access, delivery windows) so the studio can plan the delivery around it.
It depends on the studio and the piece. Your quote states the lead time for each item before you commit, so you can plan the project around it.
Orders are placed and paid through Casa Mayuka. Each studio is the seller of its own pieces and issues the GST invoice for them, so a project that spans studios receives one invoice from each.
